Selling: Send a few photos, and OUAR writes your listing and answers every buyer. You keep 80% of what the buyer pays on Standard Service, or 75% on VIP, where OUAR also picks your piece up from your door.

To buy: Authenticated pieces, professional photos, and accurate measurements on every listing. No surprises when it arrives.

Your Payout
You keep 80% of every sale. Our 20% covers photography, listing, storage, and shipping.

Pricing & Your Approval
We price your piece using its condition, the brand, and what similar pieces actually sell for- then you approve the price before it goes live. Nothing gets listed without your approval.

How Long We List It
Your piece stays live for up to 180 days.

If It's Not Selling
After 45 days, we may suggest a small price drop (up to 15%). We’ll email you first and you can say no. We always ask before changing anything.

When It Sells
Buyers have 72 hours from confirmed delivery to flag a condition issue. They can't return for fit or preference- we provide detailed measurements upfront. Once that window closes, your payout arrives by Interac e-Transfer within 3 business days.

If It Doesn't Sell
We'll email you with options: extend the listing with a price drop, or get your piece back free on our next pickup run.

While It's With Us
Your piece can't be listed anywhere else while it's with us- this protects you and the buyer from double-selling. We store and handle everything with care, and we're responsible for your piece while it's in our care.

Standard — you keep 80%
Your piece stays with you. You send us measurements, photos and a short video, and we write the listing, set the price and handle every buyer message for you. When it sells, you have three days to ship it out. Available anywhere in Canada.

VIP — you keep 75%
We collect the piece from your door, photograph and measure it properly, and store it at our Toronto studio so buyers can view it in person. We ship it out when it sells, so you don't handle anything after pickup. Greater Toronto Area only.
