OUAR currently ships within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Standard shipping across Canada is $18 CAD.
Orders over $350 CAD qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery typically takes 3-9 business days depending on the destination.
Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
For security reasons, orders over $500 CAD may require a signature upon delivery. This helps ensure your purchase reaches you safely.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
OUAR is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to keep you informed.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
We take the condition of every piece seriously and will work with you to find a resolution.
All items listed on OUAR are one-of-a-kind consignment pieces. OUAR reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of inventory errors, listing inaccuracies, or if the item becomes unavailable prior to shipment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

If an order appears fraudulent or requires additional verification, OUAR may contact the customer to confirm order details before processing the shipment.
OUAR reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that are flagged as high risk by our payment processor or that cannot be verified.
