Your Payout
Your first sale is 100% yours - no commission at all. After that, you keep 80% and OUAR keeps 20% to cover photography, listing, storage, and shipping.
You Set The Price
We’ll suggest a price based on what similar pieces sell for, but the final number is always your call.
How Long We List It
Your piece stays live for up to 180 days. That’s plenty of time to find the right buyer.
If It’s Not Selling
After 45 days, we may suggest a small price drop (up to 15%). We’ll email you first and you can say no. We always ask before changing anything.
When It Sells
You get paid via Interac e-Transfer within 3 business days. Buyers have a 48-hour window to flag condition issues, but can’t return for fit or preference - we provide detailed measurements upfront.
If It Doesn’t Sell
We’ll email you with options: extend with a price drop or return it on our next pickup run (free).
While It’s With Us
Your piece can’t be listed elsewhere (to prevent double-selling). We handle everything with care and are responsible for the listed value if anything goes wrong on our end.
Changed Your Mind?
Email support@ouar.net anytime and we’ll arrange a return. No penalties.
