Once your piece sells and the buyer's 72-hour inspection window ends, payouts are issued within 3 business days via e-transfer.

If something doesn't sell, we'll talk through your options together - whether that's adjusting the price or returning the piece. Nothing changes without your consent.

Because every piece is resale, we're unable to accept returns for fit or personal preference. Measurements are listed clearly on every product page. If something doesn't work out, you're welcome to relist it on OUAR.

Buyers have 72 hours after delivery to report issues. If something is significantly not as described, we'll review and resolve it.

Shipping is a flat $18 anywhere in Canada. Orders over $350 ship free. Every order is fully tracked.
