Buyers have 72 hours from confirmed delivery to flag a condition issue. They can't return for fit or preference- we provide detailed measurements upfront. Once that window closes, your payout arrives by Interac e-Transfer within 3 business days.

If It Doesn't Sell
We'll email you with options: extend the listing with a price drop, or get your piece back free on our next pickup run.

While It's With Us
Your piece can't be listed anywhere else while it's with us- this protects you and the buyer from double-selling. We store and handle everything with care, and we're responsible for your piece while it's in our care.

Your piece stays with you. You send us measurements, photos and a short video, and we write the listing, set the price and handle every buyer message for you. When it sells, you have three days to ship it out. Available anywhere in Canada.

VIP — you keep 75%
We collect the piece from your door, photograph and measure it properly, and store it at our Toronto studio so buyers can view it in person. We ship it out when it sells, so you don't handle anything after pickup. Greater Toronto Area only.
