My experience was great. Smooth from the purchase to shipping. The piece was dirty and had body odour so I had to get it dry cleaned. I was offered a rebate to cover the cost. It’s understandable as any thrift. You have to wash/dry clean before wear. I would have wanted to know that and perhaps have the service add on for dry clean before shipment. But everything else was to the description

Buyers have 72 hours from confirmed delivery to flag a condition issue. They can't return for fit or preference- we provide detailed measurements upfront. Once that window closes, your payout arrives by Interac e-Transfer within 3 business days.

If It Doesn't Sell
We'll email you with options: extend the listing with a price drop, or get your piece back free on our next pickup run.

While It's With Us
Your piece can't be listed anywhere else while it's with us- this protects you and the buyer from double-selling. We store and handle everything with care, and we're responsible for your piece while it's in our care.

We collect the piece from your door, photograph and measure it properly, and store it at our Toronto studio so buyers can view it in person. We ship it out when it sells, so you don't handle anything after pickup. Greater Toronto Area only.
